2: Epson WorkForce 610 Wireless Color Inkjet All-in-One Printer
An incredible versatile all-in-one printing solution with a seemingly high price tag, Epson’s WorkForce 610 Wireless Color Inkjet All-in-One Printer is an excellent machine for price it demands in stores.
Reasonably sized at 16.7”x20.6”x11.3” and weighing around 24 pounds, the WorkForce 610 Wireless Color Inkjet All-in-One Printer is a high performance device that also manages to appear sleek, trendy, and elegant. After a brief period to enable the functionality, this all-in-one can be printed from and accessed from anywhere that you have access to your home network. This means that this printer works fantastically as a family printer - anyone in the house can print from it from their laptops without having to drag their machines into the room with the printer.
The print quality itself is as great as the speed with which it prints - as high as 36 pages per minute in black ink. The WorkForce 610 Wireless Color Inkjet All-in-One Printer can print monochrome images as quickly as 15 pages per minute, and 9.3 pages per minute for color images, making this one of the fastest all-in-one printers that we have tested.
Additional notable features include the capability to print directly to CDs and DVDs, allowing you to create professional-looking discs with the slightest of ease. The WorkForce 610 Wireless Color Inkjet All-in-One Printer also includes a fully-featured fax machine, copier, and scanner, each of which are more than capable of replacing those machines in your work or home office.
Overall, Epson’s WorkForce 610 Wireless Color Inkjet All-in-One Printer is a wonderful machine that can be considered as a serious contender for one of the best all-in-one printers that we have had the pleasure to look at. Provided you’re willing to spend a little bit of extra money for the machine, we think you’ll think its the best in its class, too.

3: Canon PIXMA MP560 Wireless Inkjet All-In-One Photo Printer
Canon’s name has long been synonymous with high-quality photo printing solutions and great cameras, and their recent foray into the all-in-one market has consistently produced similarly great results. Their PIXMA MP560 Wireless Inkjet All-In-One Photo Printer, even though it is marketed as one of their lower-end all-in-one printers, nonetheless meets and exceeds Canon’s reputation for excellence and quality.
Despite a seemingly plain and almost boring design, the PIXMA MP560 Wireless Inkjet All-In-One Photo Printer boasts a wide range of features, including a fully-functional s.0” LCD screen. Overall, the PIXMA MP560 Wireless Inkjet All-In-One Photo Printer measures at 17.9”x14.5”x6.3”, making this one of the smaller all-in-one printers around. This is actually a great mark in its favor, as you’ll be able to place this all-in-one almost anywhere in your home office.
Both black ink and photo image quality are crisp and clean, and reasonably fast - a 4x6 photo can print in about 39 seconds, and black documents fly out of the machine at 9.2 inches per minute. Color documents are similarly quick at 6.0 inches per minute.
One of the lesser-known but highly useful features is that the Canon PIXMA MP560 Wireless Inkjet All-In-One Photo Printer can print photos without being hooked up to a computer - simply put in the memory card from a camera or a phone, select the images you want to print, and you’re good to go.
The other features of the PIXMA MP560 Wireless Inkjet All-In-One Photo Printer are also great, with a scanner capable of 2,400x4,800 optical/19,200x19,200 interpolated resolution at up to 8.5”x11.7”. The scanner/copier is also capable of auto scan mode, gutter shadow correction, network scanning, push scanning, and scanning to memory.
Overall, the PIXMA MP560 Wireless Inkjet All-In-One Photo Printer is a fully-featured, budget-priced all-in-one printer. If your home office or computer den is looking for a great printer that can handle multiple functions with speed and great quality, then the PIXMA MP560 Wireless Inkjet All-In-One Photo Printer just might be for you.

4: Brother MFC-7840W Laser Multifunction All in One Printer
Brother's new MFC-7840W Laser Multifunction All in One Printer is one of the few laser-printing based all-in-one printers that we've looked at recently, and it is not only one of the best laser solutions, but one of the best all-in-one printer solutions that we have looked at in some time.
Printing and copying are both quite snappy, and the MFC-7840W Laser Multifunction All in One Printer is capable of printing and copying at up to 23 pages per minute. Printed pages look great too - crisp, clean, and laser-sharp text at up to 2400x600dpi output is astonishingly high for the speed and low expense. One of the greatest features about this Brother all-in-one printer is that it can handle a wide variety of paper media, including legal size, envelopes, labels, and just about anything else that we could think of to run through it.
One of the only features that we found to be lacking with the MFC-7840W Laser Multifunction All in One Printer is that the scanner/copier is a flatbed, and that it does not have an auto-feed option. This means that if you need to scan, fax, or copy ten pages, then you're going to be placing each page manually on the scanner tray. That said, the scanning and copying quality are quite high and more than sufficient for most any home business or home office need.
Finally, the Brother MFC-7840W Laser Multifunction All in One Printer is also equipped with wireless, Ethernet, and USB connection options, allowing you to print from any room in the house. This also means that you don't even necessarily need to connect this printer to a computer at all, and you could do all of your printing entirely wirelessly.
Overall, the Brother MFC-7840W Laser Multifunction All in One Printer is a fantastic all-in-one printing solution. While the upfront cost is a little on the high-end, you will very likely end up saving money in the long term thanks to the extraordinarily cheap cost-per-page of printing with a laser printer.

5: Epson Artisan 725 Arctic Edition All-in-One Printer
Despite being meant as a step or two down from Epson's flagship all-in-one printer, the Artisan 835, the Artisan 725 Arctic Edition All-in-One Printer is nonetheless a fantastic all-in-one model capable of very high-quality printing with surprisingly inexpensive ink prices. Available in either glossy black or a shiny white, this all-in-one is easily one of the most attractive all-in-one printers that we've reviewed, too.
Similar to other all-in-one printers in its price point range, the Artisan 725 Arctic Edition All-in-One Printer is capable of functioning via USB, wireless, or Ethernet. When we tested this Epson model, we opted for the wireless mode, and found setting it up to be fast and painless - which is somewhat rare even in high end printers.
Despite the fact that the Artisan 725 Arctic Edition All-in-One Printer can't handle a huge quantity of media at any given time, it is surprisingly versatile, and the bottom-mounted, 120-sheet paper tray also has room for 20 sheets of photo paper. It's also capable of printing directly to CD/DVDs, and automatically prints on both sides of the page.
The actual printing quality is quite good. Although the print quality of the text is above average, it pales in comparison to how fantastic photos, color pictures, and PDFs come out, which easily rank as some of the best we've seen in an all-in-one printer in some time. To top that off, the scanning quality is phenomenal. Despite not being the fastest printer, at 7.4 pages per minute for text and about 64 seconds for an 8x10 photo, the quality more than makes up for its mediocre printing speed.
The sheer versatility of Epson's Artisan 725 Arctic Edition All-in-One Printer, particularly when combined with its cheap ink refills, makes this a model fantastic for any home office, or even a professional office.

6: HP Photosmart Premium C310a All in One Printer
If you’re a gadget-lover that needs a printer that is capable of performing a wide variety of functions, then your best bet in a printing solution is almost always going to be an all-in-one printer instead of five or six different devices. Design

Featuring a straightforward and easily-understood touch-screen control display, few other all-in-ones are half so attractive as this model. Although it’s a bit heavy, weighing in at 16.9 pounds, it thankfully isn’t too big - only 17.9” x 17.7” x 7.8”, meaning that you will be able to put it on just about any shelf in your home office.
Printing
One the whole, print quality of the HP Photosmart Premium C310a All in One Printer is excellent and fast - up to 33ppm for black ink documents and 32ppm for colored documents. The HP Photosmart Premium C310a All in One Printer can also print on both sides of the paper, meaning that you’ll save a fortune in paper if you do a lot of printing. Actual photographs come out of the printer vivid and clear, and appear to be professionally printed.
The HP Photosmart Premium C310a All in One Printer is a great all-in-one unit. If you’re looking for basic, black and color printing, then the C310a is a fast and reliable machine, and photographs come out looking great. 7: Kodak ESP 9250 All in One Printer
Designed to replace their ESP 9, Kodak's ESP 9250 All in One Printer is meant to be the pinnacle of their all-in-one printing line, and it meets this goal with vivid, gorgeous success. A sleek, high-end machine, the ESP 9250 All in One Printer can meet the demands of any home or home office, regardless of the level of demand you place on it.
Like other all-in-one printers, the ESP 9250 All in One Printer can print (both text, color documents, and photos), scan, copy and fax with ease. It can also print directly from USB thumb drives or media cards, so you don't even have to have the ESP 9250 All in One Printer hooked up to a computer for it to be productive. Like other all-in-one printers in this price range, this Kodak model can be connected via USB, Ethernet, or through a wireless connection to your home network.
Measuring in at 17"x18"x9", the ESP 9250 All in One Printer is big enough to accommodate any of your printing and scanning needs while retaining a fairly small desktop footprint. Attached to the front face of the unit is a 2.4" full-color LCD, making menu navigation and settings tweaking a breeze.
Although the paper tray holds only 100 sheets at a time, meaning that you wouldn't want to use this for heavy-duty office printing, the 40-page tray for photo paper more than makes up for this in terms of time saved. Plus, the ESP 9250 All in One Printer can automatically print to both sides of a page, which will save you a great deal of money over the lifetime of the unit.
Printing quality, particularly for black text, is superb, although color documents and photographs were good at best. Provided that you aren't planning on using the photos for more than memories to have framed, then the ESP 9250 All in One Printer should be more than enough printer for you.

8: HP Photosmart eStation All-in-One Printer
The HP Photosmart eStation All-in-One Printer is HP’s new vision of an all-in-one printing solution, and it combines a fast, effective color inkjet multifunction printer with the Zeen. The Zeen, in addition to sporting a bizarre name, is a detachable touchscreen panel that is used to control the printer. Running the Google Android 2.1 operating system, the Zeen is actually a fully-capable miniature tablet computer, capable of providing an e-book reading experience and an Internet browser all while controlling the printer itself.
However, the addition of the Zeen has boosted the cost of the HP Photosmart eStation All-in-One Printer up to £379, which is quite high for any all-in-one printing solution. Whether the Zeen is worth the extra cost is entirely up to you, however, and we’ll try and help you figure out if it's worth it.
The Zeen itself works quite well as a control panel. Measuring in at 7 inches, reading menus and options on the color touch screen is surprisingly easy. However, the actual screen seemed sluggish and almost hesitant to identify user inputs, occasionally even reading a swipe as a tap. The Zine is capable of controlling the Photosmart eStation All-in-One Printer whether or not it is plugged in, and you can even insert an SD card when the Zeen is removed to print without a PC.
Control niggles aside, the Photosmart eStation All-in-One Printer is a fantastic printing solution, whether you’re looking to print mostly black ink documents or full-color photographs. Black ink documents are printed at roughly 8.4 pages per minute, and color pictures practically fly out of the machine at 3.8ppm.
The actual printing quality is very high as well, and the contrast of black ink on white paper was astonishing. Photographs, provided that you use HP’s glossy photo stock, come out vibrant and detailed.
If you’re looking for the next generation in all-in-one printer technology, then the Photosmart eStation All-in-One Printer just might be an ideal model for you. However, if you’re more interested in a standard workhorse all-in-one printer, then you might be advised to look a little bit further down the price point ladder.

9: Lexmark Genesis All-in-One Printer
Chances are, you've never seen a printer, or really any device, quite like the Lexmark Genesis All-in-One Printer before. Where most printers are beige or white, the Genesis All-in-One Printer is black. Where most printers are squat, square affairs that are more wide than tall, the Genesis All-in-One Printer is an obelisk of an all-in-one machine.
However, a bold exterior design is useless if the actual printing, scanning, and copying functionality of the printer are poor. Thankfully this is absolutely not the case with Lexmark's Genesis All-in-One Printer, and both text and photograph printing quality is excellent. The only real issue with photo printing is that photos tend to have a slightly ridged edge on one side, although assuming that your photos will be going in a frame or a scrapbook, this is really just a minor issue.
Overall, the Genesis All-in-One Printer is an easy printer to use. The 4.3" touch screen makes just about every operation of the printer quite easy, although it isn't particularly great for typing messages despite having the ability to do so.
One of the great features of the Genesis All-in-One Printer is that it stands vertically, meaning that you will probably have an easier time fitting this on a traditional computer desktop than you might with other all-in-one printers.
Just about every aspect of this printer reflects its modern design, too. Setting up the Lexmark Genesis All-in-One Printer to function over a wireless network is extraordinarily easy, as it optimizing copying, scanning, and faxing settings. Overall, it shouldn't take more than five minutes to be up and running with this sleek all-in-one.
If you're looking for a top-notch photo printer, a speedy document printer, and an effective, high-resolution scanner and copier, then you should seriously consider the Lexmark Genesis All-in-One Printer.

10: Canon PIXMA MG8120 Wireless Inkjet Photo All-In-One Printer
Canon has long been at the forefront of most people’s minds when they think of printers, and it's easy to see why: as a manufacturer, Canon consistently delivers some of the best printing solutions in the world. Their PIXMA MG8120 Wireless Inkjet Photo All-In-One Printer more than lives up to expectations - it exceeds them quite dramatically.
The PIXMA MG8120 Wireless Inkjet Photo All-In-One Printer is a surprisingly feature-rich machine, capable of not only wireless printing/scanning/copying, printing incredible quality photographs, but also scanning and printing directly from 35mm slides or film strips. What this means is that you can finally get all of those old shoeboxes filled with film out from the basement and turn them into digital treasures. What’s more, thanks to the great printing quality, you can immediately print them in more vibrant color and quality than ever before.
One of the only real disadvantages to the PIXMA MG8120 Wireless Inkjet Photo All-In-One Printer is that the scanner is not an auto-feeding device. Rather, it is a flatbed scanner, which means that you will have to manually insert and remove each page when you’re done. That said, the scanner is quite high-end, and should meet all of your demands provided that you’re willing to deal with a minor inconvenience.
Overall, Canon’s PIXMA MG8120 Wireless Inkjet Photo All-In-One Printer is a phenomenal all-in-one printer, and keeping up on ink costs isn’t too bad, either: each color costs around $15, but the four-pack of color ink runs about $52. This is about in line with Canon’s major competition.
Unless you absolutely must have an auto-feeding copier and scanner, the PIXMA MG8120 Wireless Inkjet Photo All-In-One Printer should be an all-in-one printer quite high on your potential purchases list, thanks to its great photo-quality prints, crisp black-ink printing, and surprising capacity to handle 35mm slides and film strips.

11: Canon ImageCLASS MF4350d Laser All-in-One Printer
Canon has long been known for delivering world-class, fully-featured all-in-one printers, and the ImageCLASS MF4350d Laser All-in-One Printer once again delivers on that promise. Designed to compete with all-in-one printers of all price ranges, the MF4350d absolutely destroys all of the competition.
Many all-in-one printers are large, bulky affairs that demand half of your desk top to be used effectively. Not so with the ImageCLASS MF4350d Laser All-in-One Printer - it measures in at a mere 15.4”x21.0”x17.0”, making it one of the smallest all-in-one printers that we’ve looked at in awhile. This means that you can place this even on a smaller-sized shelf in your office or computer den, and you won’t have to sacrifice desk space to have a great printer.
The ImageCLASS MF4350d Laser All-in-One Printer is controlled through a straightforward LCD display system that will inform you of the details of the copying, scanning, and printing process. While it doesn’t function as a touch screen, the buttons, clearly labeled below, serve the purpose of inputting commands more than sufficiently. While the number of buttons can be initially confusing, the printer itself walks you through each printing process, making printing, scanning, and copying quite easy.
Capable of outputting black ink documents at a rate of 23 pages per minute, the ImageCLASS MF4350d Laser All-in-One Printer is quite quick and agile for an all-in-one printer. It prints color images and photographs at almost equally as fast speeds.
One of the particularly nice features of the ImageCLASS MF4350d Laser All-in-One Printer is that it uses a single cartridge ink system, meaning that replacing ink in the machine is an easy, clean, and simple affair. Although you may occasionally have to replace the entire cartridge when a single color runs out, the MF4350d is egalitarian with its printing process, so this will only rarely be an issue.

12: Canon PIXMA MG6120 Wireless Inkjet Photo All-In-One Printer
Canon's sleek new high-gloss black PIXMA MG6120 Wireless Inkjet Photo All-In-One Printer is as easy on the eyes as it is to operate. Thankfully, that easy operation didn't come at the cost of great printing quality, as both text and color documents/photos come out quite clean and crisp.
Featuring Canon's all-new Intelligent Touch System, the PIXMA MG6120 Wireless Inkjet Photo All-In-One Printer is also very easy to operate. The buttons react to the slightest touch, and are integrated with the control panel in such a fashion that you will be up and running and optimizing your settings with the slightest of effort.
Unlike many other printers in this price range, Canon's PIXMA MG6120 Wireless Inkjet Photo All-In-One Printer is capable of using grey ink. This means that in addition to being able to print professional-quality color photos, you will also be able to print great-looking black and white prints. While this isn't a feature that everyone will use, it's a fantastic addition to this printer's already formidable feature lineup.
Another feature that's important to mention is the Full HD Movie Print software, which allows you to take clips from Canon's EOS Powershot and turn them into beautiful prints. Like the grey ink, this isn't a feature for everyone, but if you own a compatible Canon camera then you may find great utility in this well-working feature.
As an added benefit, particularly for students, professionals, or anyone that does a great deal of text printing, the PIXMA MG6120 Wireless Inkjet Photo All-In-One Printer can automatically print to both sides of a single page of paper. This not only saves money on paper, but will make your bags lighter and stapled documents slimmer, and will make your text seem far more professional.
Overall, Canon's PIXMA MG6120 Wireless Inkjet Photo All-In-One Printer is an excellent all-in-one printer. The quality of text, pictures, scanning and copying are all excellent, and they're fast too. Best of all, this printer is on the lower end of the price spectrum, making it an ideal choice for just about any home office environment.

13: HP Photosmart D110A Wireless e-All-in-One Printer
HP’s Photosmart D110A Wireless e-All-in-One Printer is one of the simpler all-in-one printers that we’ve looked at, but that hardly makes it a bad choice. Rather, its an ideal choice for anyone that needs a multifunction machine, but doesn’t want to pay a ton of money for it.
Black and glossy in appearance, the Photosmart D110A Wireless e-All-in-One Printer is a compact machine, measuring in at 17.4”x15.85”x7.09” and weighing in at 10.32 pounds. Pushing black ink documents at the surprisingly fast speed of 29 pages per minutes and 23 pages per minute for photos and colored documents, the Photosmart D110A Wireless e-All-in-One Printer is not only one of the smallest all-in-one printers we’ve looked at, but also one of the fastest.
The scanner is of professional-grade level, capable of scanning documents of 1,200dpi optically, or 19,200dpi in enhanced mode. The copier, while fully-functional and quite capable on its own, can only print 30 copies per each document.
Unless you actually need to be able to print more than 30 copies at a time without pressing the copy button again, HP’s Photosmart D110A Wireless e-All-in-One Printer is an incredible model for the price, and should more than solve all of your printing, copying, and scanning needs.

14: Canon PIXMA MX870 Wireless Office All-in-One Printer
Most all-in-one printers are rectangular in appearance and off-white in color - not so with Canon’s PIXMA MX870 Wireless Office All-in-One Printer. This model, rather, is trapezoidal in shape, and while this sounds initially strange, the unique design is surprisingly effective.
Measuring in at 19.4”x17.1”x8.9”, the PIXMA MX870 Wireless Office All-in-One Printer is pretty easy to put anywhere in your office even if you’re limited on desk top space.
Featuring an easily-read LCD display and clear, large buttons, the PIXMA MX870 Wireless Office All-in-One Printer is easy to use and look at your pictures with. It has a wide variety of memory card slots, so no matter what type of media your camera saves images to, the PIXMA MX870 Wireless Office All-in-One Printer will almost undoubtedly be able to access it.
The printer itself is reasonable fast, capable of printing a 4x6 photo in a little bit less than 40 seconds. It’s capable of printing black ink documents at resolutions of 600x600 dpi, and color images of 9600x2400dpi.
The scanner can pull in images at 2400x4800dpi resolution in optical mode, and 19,200x19,200dpi resolution in enhanced mode, meaning that the PIXMA MX870 Wireless Office All-in-One Printer can function as a professional-grade scanner.
Other notable functions of the PIXMA MX870 Wireless Office All-in-One Printer are the copier, which can reduce and increase image/text size, and is even capable of copying two-sided documents into two-sided printouts.
Overall, Canon’s PIXMA MX870 Wireless Office All-in-One Printer is a great printer for the value. While it lacks some of the high end features of the most expensive all-in-one printers, the relatively cheap PIXMA MX870 Wireless Office All-in-One Printer combines great quality printing with solidly-performing additional functionality, making it a great all-in-one printer for home office use.

15: Canon PIXMA MG5220 Wireless Inkjet Photo All in One Printer
Canon's newest entry into the low price point sector of the all-in-one market performs not merely admirably for its price, but performs as if it were a significantly more expensive printer. The sleek, high-gloss black exterior surrounds a printer of surprising value, flexibility, and options, and is a fantastic model for the price.
The PIXMA MG5220 Wireless Inkjet Photo All in One Printer is also surprisingly fast, and is capable of printing a 4 by 6 photo in about 20 seconds - significantly faster than many more expensive models. This high printing speed and fantastic quality can even be taken advantage of in a feature unique to this all-in-one printer: wireless printing from the iPhone, iPad, and the iPod Touch. Another interesting feature of the PIXMA MG5220 Wireless Inkjet Photo All in One Printer is the ability to print out still images from HD video recorded by your compatible Canon EOS Powershot camera. 19: HP Officejet 6500 Wireless All-in-One Printer
Although there are a great many all-in-one printers available on the market at this point, some are significantly better than others - and HP’s Officejet 6500 Wireless All-in-One Printer is one of those better models. While it certainly has a couple of notable flaws, the excellence of the other components of this all-in-one printer more than make up for these minor complaints.
A surprisingly professional-looking model, the Officejet 6500 Wireless All-in-One Printer features many buttons along the top panel that are capable of controlling all of the functions of the machine. Almost entirely black in color, this HP all-in-one printer also has a portion of solid grey along its underside. As a whole, the Officejet 6500 Wireless All-in-One Printer measures at 18.7”x18.6”x10”, making this particular printer somewhat large, so be sure you have enough room in your home office to place it. An LCD panel sits atop the unit and is capable of displaying two lines of data, and while it is useful for configuring settings and providing information during the printing process, it is a purely utilitarian device somewhat lacking in other features or functions.
The printing speed of the Officejet 6500 Wireless All-in-One Printer is fairly fast: black ink pages at 32 pages per minutes, and 31 pages per minute for colored documents and photographs. Whether printing black ink documents or color documents, the print quality is outstanding. As an added feature that we found surprisingly useful, the Officejet 6500 Wireless All-in-One Printer can also print on both sides of a piece of paper with speed and accuracy.
Overall, HP’s Officejet 6500 Wireless All-in-One Printer is a fantastic all-in-one printing solution, and would serve any small office or home office quite well. There are few printers that we could recommend more for the price, functionality, and sheer capabilities that the Officejet 6500 Wireless All-in-One Printer brings to the table.
